A: We are selling more to EU and north America because the markets have high quality standard for LED products. The rate stands our turnover up to 70-80%. But other new markets are increasing demand of the new LED technology. We are also optimistic about the markets for other American and Asian regions.
Q2: What are the best selling products in Witop?
A: LED Strip; Panel lights; NEON Tube; LED Chip;Controllers;Power supply ect.
Q3: Are you a manufacturer, trading company or a third party?
A:We are the professional led strip manufacturer, and we have built up our company since 2016.
Q4:Where is your factory located?
A:Our factory located in Shiyan Shenzhen.
Q5:What is your minimum order quantity, can you send me samples?
A:We do not have the MOQ if we are in stock,and normally we can send the sample first to test.
Q6:Can Witop do custom assembly or offer OEM product?
A:Witop has gained a lot of experience on OEM assembly of LED strip lighting. The strips can have different size, layout, customer logos and labels. We also want to apply the experience to LED luminaires as we have good design and engineering team.
Q7:How to pay and ship?
A:Normally we support by credit card,TT,Paypal ect.And shipping by DHL,UPS express and BY Air and BY Sea.
Q8:Do you have warranty for products?
A:Yes, we have 1 and 2 years warranty for different kinds of products.
Q9:May i customized 5years warranty product?
A:Yes,but the price will be different and digital led can not offer.
Q10:What is the lead time?
A:Normally,the product can be shipped within a week,and the customized product will need longer time.
Q11:What certification you can offer?
A:CE and Rohs,others certification we can offer too based on your need.
